Today

Well my life is as simple as it is complex. I just don't understand what the world wants anyway or why the old people are the way they are. They are the most incorrigible creatures in the world and their petulance can drive you nuts.

I was at a petrol pump today and no one seemed to care that I was waiting on my motorbike there. On my calling a guy told me to wait till someone attended me. I was waiting impatiently when this old employee approached me and asked me to move to the other side of the petrol vending machine. I asked him what was wrong with this side and why can't I get my petrol here. The man looked absolutely offended and told me to move to the other side sternly. I told him that there should be a board telling the bikers to go to the other side as this side was for the four wheelers and on this matter he said coldly with a cynical look and a cunning tone in his voice that they would have put a board on had they known that I was coming.

I was absolutely flabbergasted. I mean what else could you do than curse the fellow. But then you kind of keep his age in mind and think of his condition at home. He must not be the most respected person in his house looking at what he was doing and how he was going about doing it. You tend to get a bit finicky with age and this feeling of unfulfilled potential eats into you. You tend to remember all the things you did wrong and focus on your present miserable life...
Well one is bound to get distressed and act the way the man did....
God help him...
